Thank you for using HazComReady!

Any participation in our Services or Products will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or our Services and Products.

Services and Products

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. These terms do not grant you permission to use, alter, remove, or obscure any of our products, logos, or content. Our Services and Products may display content and documents that are not created or generated by HazComReady. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that created it. We do not review all content, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of the information.

Each business and user agrees, individually, to indemnify and hold harmless HazComReady and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, control persons and affiliates from and against all losses, liabilities, claims, suits, actions, damages, costs, fees and expenses whatsoever (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements, and any and all expenses incurred in investigating, preparing or defending against any litigation commenced or threatened) based upon, arising, or related to the use of the Services or Products, or any actual or alleged false acknowledgment, representation or warranty, or misrepresentation or omission to state a material fact, or breach by the business or user of any covenant or agreement made by the business or user herein or in any other document delivered in connection with these terms.

Our Services and Products are to be used as a resource to help meet safety and communication standards and regulations. However, each industry and job function must follow different standards, regulations, and guidelines. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your business will be compliant with the use of our Services or Products. Compliance to any standard, regulation, or guideline is the sole responsibility of the user.

Our Services, Products, Resources, and Templates are offered for informational purposes only; HazComReady shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the Service or Product, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

This Service has several reference links to other websites or resources. HazComReady has no control over them, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for the content or general practices of any third-party site or service.

This Service is available on desktop and mobile devices and is not responsible for the use in such a way that distracts or prevents the obeying of safety laws and guidelines.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or share any part of HazComReady Services or Products.

HazComReady does not make any claim, promise or guarantee about: the accuracy of the content within the Service or Products, the specific functionalities of the Service or Products, the reliability of the Service or Products, the availability of the Service or Products, or the ability that the Service or Products will satisfy your needs. The Services or Products are provided “AS-IS”. HazComReady excludes all warranties and where permitted by law if any liability incurs the total liability of HazComReady is limited to the amount paid to use the Service or Product. HazComReady will not be responsible for any lost profits, financials, data, or any type of damages.

Each organization and facility has the sole responsibility of ensuring that all material Safety Data Sheets needed for their facility are provided and selected on their account. Organizations and facilities using a HazComReady Service or Product also have the sole responsibility of ensuring that the material Safety Data Sheets are the most current available. If a new Safety Data Sheet is provided from a manufacturer it is up to the organization and facility to inform HazComReady of the change and to provide the material Safety Data Sheet for use.

HazComReady utilizes Microsoft viewer software for any files that are uploaded using Microsoft software and file type. It is the user’s responsibility to read, understand and accept the Microsoft terms of service and privacy policy (They can be found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement/ and https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-US/privacystatement). Users can instead choose to upload .pdf format files and Microsoft software will not be utilized. 

Keep your HazComReady Account password confidential. The user is responsible for any and all activity that happens through your Account. Notify HazComReady immediately if you learn of unauthorized use of your Account.

Use of the HazComReady platform constitutes your acceptance and consent to utilize electronic signatures within the platform. There is only one authorized user per login and account. Therefore, the documents, logs, attestation statements, and tests are to be approved by the individual user only. Each user certifies that no other individual will be given access to their account or permission to complete any test, attestation statement, or confirmation within.

As each user has diverse requirements, HazComReady has the right to restrict uploads on a case-by-case basis.

Our Products and Services are not designed for use with personal information, patient information, or banking information. Do not upload, supply, or store these items on any HazComReady Service or Product.

The HazComReady platform pricing is for one (1) facility unless otherwise specified. You must disclose the use of multiple facilities and submit payment accordingly. Additionally, if a individual facility employees in excess of 100 personnel or your organization employees in excess of 200 total personnel, you must disclose this and submit payment accordingly.

HazComReady makes commercially reasonable efforts to keep our products and services up and running.  However, from time to time there may be an outage or service disruption.  HazComReady is not liable for disruption or losses from disruption you may suffer as a result of an outage or disruption.

HazComReady is always working to improve our Services and Products. Therefore, HazComReady may add or remove functionalities at any time. HazComReady reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We ask that you check and review these terms on an occasional basis. Your continued use of any Services or Products will constitute your acceptance of such change.

You consent to all claims arising from these terms, services, or products to be litigated and completed in Lawrence County, AL, USA.
